Studio Hleo's General Terms and Conditions are intended to form part of the formal Proposal and Agreement between Studio Hleo Limited and the Client.

A list of terms and definitions is provided at the end of the General Terms and Conditions document for clarification.

 

The Agreement usually incorporates:

i) the terms of the Cover Letter,
ii) the terms of the Fee Proposal,
iii) the terms of the Terms and Conditions document,
iv) the terms of the Professional Services Contract.
